There are two ways to book a session with me:
Use the enquiry form on my contact page to discuss with me your options and let me know if you are wanting to book
A private 1-2-1 in person at my studio in Portsmouth or a Zoom video call (each booking is a single appointment, close family members or those in a committed relationship can accompany you in the session at an additional charge
Duration, are you wanting a 0ne hour, 40 mins or 90 min session
I will send you my current availability
1. OR visit the Bookings Page: Browse the available services.
2. Select the Service: Click on the service you require.
3. Choose a Date & Time: Pick a suitable time slot from the schedule.
4. Complete Your Booking: Follow the checkout process to confirm your appointment.
5. Receive Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with details and a link to join your session.

The cost and duration of a private reading depends on the session lengths. Please visit my service section to view my fees. Payment can be made at the time of the session via cash, direct bank transfer or card payment .
My online payment system accepts PayPal, Stripe, and major credit/debit cards.

Missed appointments are non-refundable, but you may be able to rebook at my discretion

Courses

Yes. If the course offers a completion certificate, it’ll automatically appear in your dashboard once you finish the final lesson.

Absolutely. Courses work on mobiles, tablets, and computers using any modern browser.

After the expiry date, the course will no longer be available. You can re-enrol later if it’s still offered.

No — course videos are for streaming only to protect content. You can rewatch them anytime while enrolled.

Events

Event times are displayed based on UK time (GMT/BST) by default. If the time appears incorrect:
Check if daylight saving time (DST) is active in your region.
Ensure your device's time zone is set correctly.
For international viewers: Convert the event time using an online time zone converter.

Refunds for event tickets are subject to the event's terms and conditions. Please refer to the refund policy on the event page for specific details.
In general, if you need to cancel your attendance, please contact me at least 7 days before the event to request a refund. After that time, I cannot guarantee a refund.

As you turn into shapes close, which is a one way road past our building, you will have the ATS garage on your right side. Take the first turning past the ATS and turn right. Please use any available parking bay behind the ATS garage. Please do not park in any of the bays directly outside the main building. If you are unsure please pop into main reception if open

When you receive a gift voucher, the amount is added directly to your account balance. You can then use your balance to pay for future purchases at checkout.
